Hi There everybody, this is my new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 OC, Shiratori Mutsumi. I know it's the same as my TMNT 2k12 oc, but it's her 2k3 version:

Personality: Mutsumi is kind, gentle, and friendly to everyone and is an optimist and eager to help anyone. She's also afraid of spiders. She doesn't like see people injured or in danger. She comes from a wealthy family.

Appearance: Mutsumi has brown eyes, fair skin and long black hair that is cut in a traditional Japanese "princess style." Her standard outfit consists of a pink sweater vest over a white collared shirt with short sleeves, a magenta tie, a magenta pleated skirt, white knee high socks and brown penny loafers.

Background: Mutsumi was born as the sixth child of the wealthy Shiratori family. She moved to New York with her family three months ago before the start of the series.
